Delivery and Return Terms

Orders placed on the Green Youth website are handed over to the courier within 1–3 business days.

Shipping fees: Domestic shipping within Türkiye is free. A flat fee of 810 TL applies to countries neighbouring Türkiye (Greece, Bulgaria, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Iraq) and 2.700 TL to all other countries. Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days within Türkiye, 5–8 business days to neighbouring countries and 10–13 business days to other countries.

For hygiene and personal care products, under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer, products whose packaging has been opened, or which have been tested or used, cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrectly sent products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. In this case the return shipping cost is covered by the seller.

Unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date under the right of withdrawal; in this case the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

After the return is approved, the product amount is refunded to the original payment card within 7–10 business days via iyzico protection.
